Yes it will fit on a standard AR15 lower, but it is a 9mm so of course you will need some sort of adapter for the lower to be compatible with 9mm ammunition. They sell mag well convertor inserts or even PMag follow adapters for 9mm. Or you can buy a designated AR9 lower.

This is a 9mm, so it would have to be compatible for 9mm mags, there are 9mm specific or adaptors that you can use on a standard lower. Also it doesnt use a buffer tube so there are parts that close off that opening as well.

No. It's designed for standard AR-9 lowers that accepts Glock magazines. As of this comment, AR-9 lowers that accept Colt or MP5 magazines are untested according to Angstadt Arms.

AR9, yes. Must be Glock-Fed AR9 though. Not Colt-Fed, nor MP5-Fed, sadly.
