I have Armalite AR 15 defensive 14.5". Does the 15 inch fits?

It should fit your rifle. Unfortunately, most muzzle devices would make this an ill-advised option. We do not recommend a handguard longer than the barrel as the heat from the muzzle can damage the handguard.

Not if you have a low profile gas block already installed on you rifle.
