Armasight was bought by Teledyne FLIR (Flir). Just contact Flir. Armasight website is not really operational since Flir bought the company. They still offer support for the Flir/Armasight HD DVR.

In most mini mobile DVR's settings are saved on the SD card and in the Armasight HD DVR you have to format the card first in the DVR settings (default password is 000000) or it wont save settings. Settings are saved on the card ONLY after its been formatted by the DVR (not on a computer). Make sure the Mini SD its no bigger than 64gb in size. That's the DVRs max size accepted.

I think it would be best to reach out to manufacturer directly. They might be able to provide you with a user manual.
