What would be the best Armaspec recoil spring for my .300 blackout 16 inch barrel and in the future will be suppressed?

Once Suppressed this will work great. Un-suppressed using Supers it will work fine. Do not run with sub sonic ammo.

they make one in 9mm. I would use that.
