I’ve read that some people are having issues with 45° safeties when paired with Giessele triggers. Is this compatible with Giessele 2-stage triggers?

I actually have a giessele super dynamic trigger with this saftey set as a 45 degree and works great

I know this is a 45 or 90° safety but is this a short throw or a full throw ?

The Armaspec SFT45/90 Ambi Safety Selector 45 degree throw is what is considered the short throw while the 90 degree option is considered a full throw.
