yes it does. bought one and installed on my KR-103 without any issues.

The thread pitch on the muzzle device is 24x1.5mm. However on the PSA AK GF series, the thread pitch is a standard AKM 14x1LH pitch. This muzzle device would fit on a 100 series ak though.
