What is the difference between Direct Dial and the Cronus BTR? These seem identical with a different name.

Direct dial is referring to the types of turrets. They are expose tactical turrets so you can make adjustments for different distances/wind without having to remove any caps. The Cronus BTR has these types of turrets.

Yes, this has Athlon's Precision Zero Stop System.

Are the turrets in moa or mil?

It depends on which reticle is selected. The MIL reticle has 0.1 MIL adjustment turrets and the MOA reticle has 0.25 MOA adjustment turrets.
