The eyepiece turns left and right to adjust the magnification.

You can loosen the ring that clamps the optic to the tripod mount and rotate the whole thing, essentially adjusting the angle you can look into the scope a little more than 90 degrees each way. The eyepiece itself does not rotate to adjust viewing angle in the optic body.
