Is there a mount that rises the height over bore? Is it compatible with a common 3rd party pattern riser?

The manufacturer does not provide any information regarding compatibility higher aftermarket mounts for the Athlon Optics Midas TSP4 3.9x30mm Prismatic Red Dot Sight. However, the Picatinny Riser located at the link below could be used with the Athlon Optics Midas TSP4 3.9x30mm Prismatic Red Dot Sight.

Will the Athlon Midas 1x or 3x prism red dot sight "absolute" co witness with an ar-15 flattop reciever and a f marked a2 front sight?

Prism scopes are not meant to co-witness. Only red dots without prisms.
