If your rifle has a 1913 Style Picatinny rail, any of our 2-Screw or Quick Detach Bipods will work.

I am getting a Daniel Defense Delta 5 Pro in .308. Which Atlas bipod and adapter will fit??? (I believe it has an ARCA lower rail)

You will need an adapter that will attach to a Picatinny rail like the one found below.

Can you remove the QD mount and put a different mount on for arca rail?

Yes you can. The American Defense (ADM) Lever is mounted on by 2 10-32 x 3/8" screws that can be removed & used on an ARCALOCK mount.

Is this bi-pod compatible with the Catalyst Arms Fast Track hand guard?

The Atlas Bipods V8 Atlas Bipod mounts to picatinny rail. So it will not mount to the Catalyst Arms Fast Track Handguard unless you have a section of picatinny rail available on the handguard.

WELL, I GUESS I'LL ANSWER MY OWN QUESTION. IT IS A MIDWEST INDUSTRIES MI-5MR. OPTIC PLANET HAS A 3- SLOT, 5-SLOT AND A 9-SLOT. I GOT 2 5-SLOTS FOR A 16 INCH AR15 AND SIG 16 INCH 9MM CARBINE. SKU #MWI-T8-MILSPECRSML-MI-5MR OR 3MR OR 9MR. VERY EASY TO MOUNT ALL HARDWARE INCLUDED

This only attaches to a picatinny rail, we do not have a picatinny to ARCA adapter.
