This rail is meant specifically for the Savage 110BA. The Savage 110 precision 338 lapua looks to be MLok. If the rifle you have is MLok, you can use the BT70 MLok Adaptor for our NC models. You can use the BT73 MLok Rail or BT80 MLok Flush Cup Rail for our models ending in LW17.
