Is there a warranty on this? If so what does it cover and how long is it?

According to the manufacturer there is a limited two year warranty on the ATN PVS14-3 Generation 3 Night Vision Monocular. I recommend contacting the manufacturer regarding the specifics of their warranty.

Could i place this in front of a magnified scope if i had an adapter mount?

The manufacturer recommends using the ATN PVS14-3 Generation 3 Night Vision Monocular with a red dot sight or a laser aiming device but not a magnified optic.

Can I mount this in front of a riflescope?

You would mount the ATN PVS14-3 Generation 3 Night Vision Monocular behind a scope, but I would recommend using a non magnified red dot if you are going to.

How far can you see at night with this unit pvs 14 gen 3 1000yds?

In optimal conditions with a quality IR illuminator typically a gen 3 night vision will max out at around 300 yards, also keep in mind there is no magnification with this monocular.
