What's the difference between this model and the most expensive model? They are both WP gen 3 but I can't find the difference.

This particular model is using a Gen 2 White Phosphor tube. The other more expensive model is using a Gen 3 White Phosphor tube.

Are these tubes gated? Is there an option for white phosphorus tubes?

The model you selected here, PS31-WPT, does come with White Phosphorus Tubes, hence the WPT. Gen 2 tubes are not auto-gated. If you want a WPT autogated tube, please select PS31-3W.

What's the difference with this and the ATN PS31-3W? Specs are nearly the same but big difference in price.
