Yes, it comes with an IR illuminator. Scope mounts are also included, allowing you to attach the IR illuminator directly to the scope rings.

It does not attach to the scope or rings. The IR has to be mounted to a picatinny rail out of line of the scope. But it DOES NOT attach to scope or its rings.
