I personally would go heavier with your buffer weight to reduce the chance of or eliminate hammer follow. I put in an h3 buffer with a standard spring and it works great. It works with standard mil-spec triggers without the u notch on the back. if you have the notch I would suggest a dirty bird industries nickel boron mil-spec trigger, they work great.
