Is this crossbow right handed or left handed i may be wrong but I don't think I seen anything in the description?

It is ambidextrous friendly. Very accurate from both sides.

Can this crossbow be decoded or do you need to shoot it to release the limbs?

Most of your mid-priced crossbows (475/630 $$) require a de-cocking bolt. Easy peezy. Shoot it into a dirt bank or towards the ground at an angle. NEVER shoot a de-cocking bolt straight down. This could cause bodily harm.

What bolts does the Hyper Raptor take?

It will come with the Hyper bolts. The owner’s manual will cover what grain and diameter minimum and maximum on both bolt and hunting broadhead.
