Would these offset rings be considered high, medium or low mount for the scope?

If mounted on an AR-15 or AR-10 platform with a scope that has a 30mm tube and a 50mm to 56mm objective lense, the rings would be considered medium height.

What is the saddle height and/or centerline height above picatinny rail?

Saddle height from the top of the rail is 1", height to the center of the ring is 1.59".
