While these sights are designed to sit on the right side of the rifle, you could potentially flip them around and use them on the left side, they would just fold forward rather than backward.

i finally received these sites today after months of waiting. depending on your charging handle, these can be mounted on the left or right side of your rifle. if you mount them on the right side, they flip up towards the front of firearm. if you mount them on the left side, they flip up towards the butt of the firearm. i mounted mine on a kel tec rfb with charging handle on the left side, so they are mounted to the right side of the firearm. ive not been able to take it out to shoot yet but i feel they will function fine. hope this helps
