Absolutely NOT. I’ve installed an Echo and can tell you the internals are completely different; a standard selector (of any kind) won’t even slot in.
If you’re concerned about the unappealing aesthetics of the levers that come with the binary trigger, I can tell you that with a little bit of filing you can use replacement levers from Battle Arms or Radical Firearms, perhaps others. The main issue you will probably run into is the thread pitch of the screw and its length. Hint: they’re not the same. You’ll need calipers to gauge it just right in comparison to the original screw, also taking into account the difference in thickness of the recess (countersink) of the lever itself.
