This Beretta Barrel M9/92fs .22lr Conversion Kit Threaded barrel is for use with the Beretta .22LR conversion kit. It is not the entire conversion kit.

Can I use the stock slide with this barrel? Or do I neee to buy a special 22lr slide?

You would have to buy the 22lr slide, guide rod and magazine also.
