Can this be used as a cross draw holster?

You can position it in a cross-draw position but it would not be optimal.

Unfortunately Bianchi does not make a version of this holster that fits the 3" barrel version of the S&W 63.

Will this holster fit a Dan wesson model 15 6 inch?

MPN: 17745 should fit a Dan Wesson Model 15 with a 6 inch barrel, however Bianchi does not list it as compatible. Here is a link to a leather holster they do list as compatible:

This has a 1.75" belt slot on the back of the holster.
