BlackHawk does not state if the BlackHawk Omnivore OWB Holsters will fit the TLR1-HL models. They also do not list the FN 509C as a compatible model with the BlackHawk Omnivore OWB Holsters.

So I ended buying this holster the day after I posted the question. It does fit this combination. Again that is the FN 509c tactical with the streamlight TLR1-HL.

yes, I run this exact setup and have been for several months. works great. tlr1 hl is dimensionally identical to tlr1.

I can also verify this works perfectly with the 509c tactical, running a luepold Deltapoint pro and tlr1-hl. perfect night stand rig with the 24rnd mag
