Will the Taurus 605, 357 mag poly protector, fit in this holster, and will the holster work with sweat pants?

Item 73IR00BK-R should fit your gun, and it will technically work with sweat pants, but it may not be the most secure in that configuration, we usually recommend wearing it with a belted pant to ensure it doesn't move around too much.
