Yes, this holster will fit suppressor height sights.

So I went ahead and purchased this hoping it would fit with supressor height sights for the xdm elite, and it wouldn't fit without modifications. The front sight wouldn't go to the bottom of the holster without forcing the slide open causing an open breach. Also the secondary lock over the top of the holster wouldn't close over the sights. Had to open up a square cutout that would go over the rear sight. This is specific for the xdm elite 4.5 with threaded barrell and supressor sights.

this holster DOES NOT support suppressor sights do not listen to the expert answer
