will this fit on MBUS Gen 3?

These fit the Magpul MBUS Gen 2 polymer sights and any sight that accepts a standard A2 type post. The MBUS PRO and the MBUS Gen 3 each have their own unique post design and we have posts available that are made specifically for those. But the chevron format doesn't work with the MBUS PRO and MBUS Gen 3 sights.

Will this work on a Benelli M4

No, this is for an AR type sight and replaces A2 type sight posts. We have separate sight models that are made specifically for the Benelli M4 and other Benelli shotgun models as well as the Beretta 1301. These are available on Optics Planet.

Is the tritium dot green on both the yellow & orange models? Orange tritium is not bright enough for me but I prefer orange front sights in daylight.

Yes, the tritium glows green on all models regardless of what color the painted stripes are.
