Will the death grip clamp fit the Innerol pan and tilt ball tripod without any modifications? If not, what would you have to do to combine the two?

The DeathGrip UltraLite mounts to any pod with a 1/4 -20 or 3/8”-16 mounting stud, switcheroo, or arca-swiss system.

Will the DeathGrip attach to a Primos Jim Shockey trigger stick?

This will mount to the Primos Jim Shockey Trigger Stick stud, but it will not have any adjustability without an adapter. The BOG Great Divide should mount to the Primos and would be the perfect adapter.

When used as a switcheroo attachment will it move in the vertical plane or just horizontal?

It's dependent on the attachment you get to use with the Switcheroo. This tripod head will work to move vertically and horizontally.

It will fit, but you'll need an adapter to thread onto. I'll put a couple options below.

Should has a arca swiss mount or can be mounted to a 1/4-20 thread.

Is it truely and Arca Swiss plate? Mine appears to be to small, not as tall as my other plates. A few reviews elsewhere mention this as well

BOG states the DeathGrip UltraLite mounts to any pod with a 1/4 -20 or 3/8”-16 mounting stud, switcheroo, or arca-swiss system.

I have the filed pro max will it fit and will it be able to to tilt

Unfortunately, BOG doesn't provide specs or photos of how the upper portion attaches to the tripod. If you're able to remove the upper portion to see if it attaches their Great Divide Tripod Head might be an option. If you check out their tripod head below, it looks like they have it mounted to a tripod with a DeathGrip.
