I have a remington model 788. 22-250 stock barrel, how do do tell if it's a short receiver

Short actions are cartridges such as .308 Winchester, 7mm-08 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, and 243 Winchester. Long Action cartridge examples are 30-06 Springfield, 270 Winchester, and 25-06. The 22-250 Remington is a short action cartridge.
