Yes. The Boyds Hardwood Gunstocks M1 Garand Stock is a complete, 1-piece stock that measures 29 5/8" in length. It will not include the recoil pad or plastic buttplate.

Ethan is wrong. This does not include all 3 pieces. Rather it is the main stock body. You will need to purchase the rear and forward handguards as well as any metal pieces separately. Look elsewhere as there are complete sets with metal in other locations for not much more money or look on M1 Garand forums for used complete sets for even less.
