The Breek Arms The Warhammer MOD2 AR-10/LR-308/SR-25 Ambidextrous Charging Handle might work in a PSA PA65. From what information I could find, the PSA PA65 is not exactly a DPMS pattern AR10 and since Breek Arms didn't specifically list the PSA PA65 or PSA AR10 models as compatible models fitment can't be guaranteed.

Thanks for the reply to my question. I went ahead and took a swing at it and it fits and functions far beyond my expectations and needs. I highly recommend this ambi charging handle. I love it so much I'm buying 3 in the AR15 configuration for my other builds.
