No, the fx-9 uses a proprietary charging handle.

Hello, this is a simple error on Optics Planet's listing, this is for standard AR10s with DPMS Gen1 specs.

This is designed to fit DPMS Gen 1, it will not fit the shorter Gen 2.

Yes, this should fit the PSA gen 3 AR10. The Warhammer charging handle has low profile handles so it should make handling it easier even with a scope on.
