Would this work with an M4 Tactical Semi-Auto Shotgun

This is a standard 12 gauge 3 inch slug round, so it will chamber and fire in any shotgun built for 12 gauge 3 inch shells, including semi-autos like the M4 Tactical. I am not able to confirm cycling reliability specific to that firearm model.

How would these do in terms off accuracy out of a 14 inch smooth barrel shotgun? I have a Remington TAC 14 with a brace. for bear defense not hunting

Rifled slugs are meant for use in smooth barrel. Sabot slugs are meant for a rifled barrel. The only thing I'd be concerned with is lack of velosity with such a short barrel. Might want to go with a lighter slug. Ie. Orange or green lightning.
