Will this fit Browning 30-06 BAR Semi-auto rifle?

No, those are for .22 rimfire rifles only. You should try the Integrated Mounting system for the BAR. There are multiple ones to look at. It depends on the diameter of the scope that you are mounting on the rifle. They come in 1" or 30mm with a gloss or matte finish.

Browning does not currently ahave a ring for the BL-22. Try a Talley rimfire ring.

I would use a Browning Integrated Scope Mount System for the BAR/BLR. There are options for both 1" and 30mm tubes depending on which scope you have.

These are designed to be used with Browning style two-piece bases and will not mount to a standard dovetail, so they will not mount directly to the dovetail of your rifle.

These rings are not designed for picatinny or weaver rail, so these rings will not work. Any picatinny or weaver ring will work on your base.
