According to the manufacturer's site:
Shorter for deeper wading without wicking water up the hem. Warm with PrimaLoft insulation, lots of pockets for ammo and gear, water/windproof fabric with fully taped seams.

They also state: Fully waterproof and windproof. High-performance PrimaLoft insulation to keep you warm under the most wonderfully cold conditions.
And add: Water-resistant front zipper with internal storm flap and chin guard. Internal pocketing for gear. Neoprene cuffs with hook and loop wrist closures. Short cut waist for deep wading. Etc.

I am still waiting for your answer to my question about the Browning Wicked Wing Insulated Wader Jacket, I guess it's not GORE-TEX Material in the Jacket?
