Looking to put this on an AR10. What mount would be recommended?

To mount the Burris Xtreme Tactical XTR III 5.5-30x56mm 34 mm Tube First Focal Plane (FFP) Rifle Scope to an AR10 I recommend using a cantilever mount. The mount at the link below will work.

Yes, the MIL reticle with have MIL turrets. The MOA reticle will have MOA turrets.

The MOA reticles have 1/4moa adjustments, the MIL reticles have 1/10MIL adjustments.
