The Beretta APX RDO comes with a Docter/Burris mounting plate. If your APX has the removable plate on the top rear of the slide in front of the rear sight it is an RDO and you can get the adapter plate from Beretta. If not, your options are much more limited.

If you purchased a Beretta Apx rdo or combat, they come with four base plates. One for Trijicon, Burris, Leupold, and C-more.
