Is this stock compatible for the CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1

Yes and no. It will not attach to the factory adaptor. Dan haga sells an adaptor to attach this stock to the scorpion. Will not work without it.

Is this stock compatible with HERA ARMS BCK GEN 2 SL8 kit

According to HERA: "OEM Bushmaster ACR Folding Stock as is installed on rifles leaving the factor." This stock should be compatible with that kit.
