of this has a range finder, how far can it measure the distance...

The Bushnell Marine 7x50mm Porro Prism Binoculars Rangefinder is a reticle. This allows you to measure the distance using objects you know the height of when using the reticle.

Yes, the Bushnell Marine 7x50mm Roof Prism Binoculars are Tripod compatible. The Bushnell Advanced 61 in Tripod at the link below will be compatible.

HOW FAR CAN THIS RANGE FINDER GO ON THIS OPTICS, OR DOES IT HAVE A VISUAL EYE GLASS

This binocular has a reticle rangefinder, not a laser rangefinder.

So you can estimate distance of an object if you know the approximate size of the object.
