The reticle in this model is optimized for 223 Rem. It can still be used with 308 Win. however the holdovers will be different.

It comes with turrets for .223, 6.5, and .308

This is a correction to my previous answer. I believe the drop zone 308 reticle has been discontinued. Bushnell now offers this model with a 6.5 creedmoor bdc reticle and the drop zone 223 reticle.

Yes, it will work on 308, but the bdc 223 reticle drop points will not be accurate according to the manual. You would have to shoot at different distances to find the how the bdc performs with 308. The bushnell website shows an ar optics scope with a 308 caliber reticle, however I have never seen this particle model on any website. Honestly, I”ver never searched for it. So it could be available.
