Yes made that way for easy tripod mounting.

There is a threaded hole for tripod attachment, but you can't just attach it straight to the typical camera head that comes on tripods. You will need a binocular tripod adapter, attach that to the tripod head, and then attach the binoculars to the adapter. Just search "binocular tripod adapter" on OpticsPlanet and you'll find plenty of them. They should be universal unless otherwise stated.
