No, the scope is not threaded for a sunshade.

what is a 30/30 reticle

It’s a simple crosshair SFP (second focal plane) reticle. The thinner aiming portion of the reticle is 30” wide at 100 yards. This is used to help gauge distance or the size of an animal.

According to Tasco's website, the parallax is fixed - Parallax Setting (yds./m): 100/91.4
