The outer diameter of the objective bell is 1.8", you would use
Butler Creek 32527 Black Obj Cover, Size 25 - 26 - 27 (1.800 - 1.840 inches / 45.7 - 46.7mm)

The outer diameter of the eyepiece is 1.7", you would use
Butler Creek 21618 Black Eye Cover, Size 16 - 17 - 18 (1.660 - 1.700 inches / 42.3 - 43.2mm)

For that scope you will need Butler Creek Eyepiece Flip-Open Scope Cover size 14 and for the objective lens you will need Butler Creek Flip-Open Objective Lens Scope Cover size 30.
