According to Butler Creek's fit chart, you will want the size 16-18 CODE: BX-R2-ECECDE-21618.

I need to know how to determine if lens covers will fit my Steiner P4Xi 1-4 rifle scope. Please advise.

The best thing to do is measure the objective and eyepiece housings using a digital caliper. Compare those measurements to the diameter specs on the product and you should be all good to go.
