Does it fit the 19x mos?

No. The Glock 19x MOS (assuming you HAVE the MOS version comes with an RMR plate. The first thing you need to check is that you have the MOS version. The MOS version is milled out in front of the rear sight. Then, you'll need to find the RMR plate and attach it then attach an RMR Miniature Red Dot Optic to that plate. You can buy an RMSc plate for the glock 19X MOS, but the RMSc red dot is for really small guns such as, the Glock 43x MOS. It would look weird and too small looking on the Glock 19x though.
