The CAA Gen 2 Micro Conversion Kit for Glock 34/35/41 will not need the ATF SBR forms if you have a brace on it. However, if you use a stock it will then need to correct forms filled out and approved since it would be classified as an SBR. Please ensure you are following all local, state, and federal regulations.

It will work. I run suppressor sights on my 34. it takes a little bit of patience to get it in, but functions great
