I noticed there was no mention of shotgun ballistics does it work "well" rating shot shell speeds?

Caldwell does not state how well the Caldwell Ballistic Precision Premium Chronograph Kit will work with shotgun shells. Shooting a slug through the Caldwell Ballistic Precision Premium Chronograph Kit would work but trying to shoot shot shells may prevent accurate readings. I recommend contacting Caldwell to see how well it will measure shotgun shells.

I broke the Chonograph sun shade and looking for a replacement. Is it the right product ?

Item 110142 is a light kit that replaces the sun shades. Unfortunately the manufacturer does not sell just the sun shades separately.
