Does anyone have any experience using this to zero a Garand, or M1A?

It will work for both as it has 18” of adjustment to fit rifles and shotguns of virtually any size.

The difference between this model and the lead sled fcx other than the central control arm

The main difference is that while the FCX is lighter, the DFT is sturdier and absorbs more recoil.
