How/where do the animals eat the food? Does this drop food in 1 pile on the ground? Can't tell from the few pictures. Does it come w tire?

This uses a truck tire that is not included. The metal spinner plate will spread the feed out 360 degrees.

How secure is it with exposure to Hogs & Cattle �?

This is meant to be used as a game feeder. This has a low center of gravity which allows the feeder to rest safely, without the fear of it being knocked over by animals.
