I have a Stevens Model 301 single shot. Would the improved cylinder choke tube fit that gun and work for shooting slugs?

You can shoot slugs out of a cylinder, skeet, or IC choke tube. Never shoot a slug through a choke tighter than IC.

Will this fit a 20 ga Winchester 1300?

Yes the Winchester/Browning Invector style chokes will fit the 1300 shotgun. The image is incorrect which is probably why you are questioning the fit. The image is actually a Browning Invector Plus

Will this work on a Winchester SXP 20 ga that uses the invector chokes?

No, the SXP uses the Browning Invector Plus (BIP) chokes. So you would need to order the BIP style choke tubes to fit the SXP
