The picture of the choke itself shows the flat front, but the pictures of it on the gun show the breecher front. Which version is this?

This choke is just the Muzzle Brake without teeth as the choke image is. The version with teeth is item#84130.

Will this muzzle brake fit the Black Aces Pro Series Max S semiautomatic shotgun?

The Black Aces Tactical Pro S Max uses Benelli Mobil Chokes. So the Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Muzzle Brake: Ber/Benelli Mobil, Cylinder will work with that shotgun.

The Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Muzzle Brake: Ber/Benelli Mobil, Cylinder can be used with a variety of shotgun ammo including slugs, lead, steel and HEVI Shot. It can be used with the VR60 12 gauge.

The Carlson's Choke Tubes Tactical Muzzle Brake: Ber/Benelli Mobil 12 gauge model will work with a RIA VR60. It is a cylinder bore choke.

Landor Arms does not state what pattern choke tubes their AR12 shotguns accept. I recommend contacting the manufacturer of your shotgun to see if they accept Benelli Mobil pattern chokes.

is this a #5 full choke for rifle slugs and buck shot?

I am not sure what you mean by #5? You can shoot slugs through the Cylinder configuration of this choke style but not the EF. FYI...you NEVER want to shoot slugs through any choke tighter than IC.

No, the SBE 3 uses the Crio Plus style choke tubes. Item# 84050 would be the correct part for the SBE3.
