The CBC Industries CHS-2 Patrol AR-15 Complete Upper Receiver Rifle Kit will work with a Mil-Spec AR15 Lower Receiver.

I'd the handrail on this 12" or 15"? It is listed at 12" in the name of the item, but the product info has it listed as 15".
